If I already purchased a FortiAP 431F, can I use it as part of this promotion?
- No, this offer only applies to APs purchased after the effective date of April 15th 2024.
Will I get multiple POPs if I purchase multiple APs?
- No, this promotion only entitles the user to a single POP regardless of how many APs are purchased for use with FortiSASE. [Note that this restriction is not applicable to paid FortiSASE accounts.]
Why isn’t the system allowing me to access FortiSASE?
- You must first purchase your AP and corresponding FortiCare, then ensure that device is claimed in your FortiCare/FortiCloud account before you will be prompted for the promotion code when you access the FortiSASE portal.
How do I access FortiSASE?
- When logged into your FortiCloud account, click on the “Services” pull down at the top and select FortiSASE.
How do I make my FortiAP talk to FortiSASE?
- You will need to provision the AP via the FortiZTP portal to assign the AP to be managed by FortiSASE.
How long does the free access to FortiSASE last?
- Free access is only valid until December 31st 2024. That date does not change regardless of the time of purchase.
How many SASE clients do I get as part of this promo?
- No SASE clients are provided as part of this promotion. It is only FortiAP sending traffic to the FortiSASE POP that is supported.
